NOTE: Due to the re-release of the 2004 Final Natality Public Use Microdata file by the National Center for Health Statistics, Right Start data for 21 Cities has been updated (10/30/2007).

If you have trouble downloading a file, try right-clicking the link then selecting "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As...".

After saving one of the tab-delimited files, you can use your spreadsheet's "open" or "import" function to view it. Some spreadsheet programs won't list these files because they don't recognize the filenames.
